What is Yoga Nidra? Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation also known as “yogic sleep” or “effortless relaxation”. It takes us into a state of harmonious and restful being that results in a restoration of energy and focus.
We will be listening to a recorded session from a Yoga Nidra provider. We will practice lying down. If you'd like to, you can bring a mat, pillow, warm shirt/ scarf, or small blanket to keep warm during the meditation.
